Original Exercise Price definition

Original Exercise Price means, in respect of any share of Common Stock, $1.00 per share.
Original Exercise Price means the original exercise price per share of a Rubicon Option;
Original Exercise Price means, with respect to any Initial Class B Common Unit, the amount set forth opposite such Initial Class B Common Unit on the books and records of the Company.
