Original Planning Permission definition

Original Planning Permission means the planning permission granted pursuant to application reference 12/AP/1092 on 27 March 2013;
Original Planning Permission means the Planning Permission as defined under the Original Agreement “Variation Development” means the development described in the Variation Planning Application and set out in the Schedule 1 of this Deed "Variation Planning Application" means the application for planning permission submitted to the Council for the Variation Development made under the Council’s reference number PP/19/04959 “Variation Planning Permission” the planning permission that may be issued pursuant to the Variation Planning Application

  • Planning Permission means any permission, consent or approval given under the Planning Acts;
