Original Valuation definition

Original Valuation means the property valuation at the time of the latest advance; outstanding means, in relation to the Notes, all the Notes issued from time to time other than:
Original Valuation means the independent valuation of the related Property or Properties provided to the Seller on or around the date of each Loan;
Original Valuation means the valuation figure contained in the Valuation Report issued prior to the original advance of the relevant Loan or with respect to a Further Advance, the Valuation Report issued prior to the making of such Further Advance.

Original Valuation means the “Statement concerning the validation of the market values determined by VVO” by Realia Management Oy dated 11 October 2016 evidencing that the valuation of the Pledged Properties and Pledged Shares prepared by the Issuer as at 30 June 2016 in accordance with the Valuation Principles has been audited and assured by the Valuation Agent.

Related to Original Valuation

  • Final Valuation Date means the Final Valuation Date as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data. If the Final Valuation Date is not a Calculation Date the immediately following Banking Day which is a Calculation Date shall be the Final Valuation Date.
