Originator Requirement definition

Originator Requirement means, at any time, the condition that (x) the nominal amount of Collateral Loans acquired (or committed to be acquired) or originated by the Borrower that meet either of the following conditions is at least equal to (y) 50% of the nominal amount of all Collateral Loans acquired (or committed to be acquired) or originated by the Borrower for which the Retention Provider:
