Other Company Securities definition

Other Company Securities means: (i) Earnout Shares and (ii) Equity Awards.
Other Company Securities means Company securities (which may include, but need not be limited to, unbundled stock units or components thereof, debentures, preferred stock, warrants, securities convertible into Common Shares or other property) other than Common Shares.
Other Company Securities has the meaning set forth in the Convertible Notes.

  • The earned portion of a performance award may be paid out in Shares, cash, Other Company Securities, or any combination thereof, as the Committee may determine.
