Other Executive means any Executive other than the CEO and a C-Level Executive.

Other Executive means each Employee of the Company or its affiliates (whether located in the United States or in another country) designated as a Vice-President, Director, Manager, Coordinator or Supervisor, but excluding Leadership Team members.
