Other Insured Entities definition

Other Insured Entities means the Archdiocese Other Insured Entities, the “Parish Other Insured Entities” (as defined in the Travelers Settlement Agreement), and the “Seminary Other Insured Entities” (as defined in the Travelers Settlement Agreement).
Other Insured Entities means those Persons listed on Exhibit L that are insured or covered or allegedly insured or covered under a Settling Insurer Policy that was issued or allegedly issued to the Diocese, but only with respect to Survivor Claims based on alleged Abuse that occurred during the effective periods of that Settling Insurer Policy and that would be covered or alleged to be covered under that Settling Insurer Policy but for an Insurance Settlement Agreement. Notwithstanding the foregoing, “Other Insured Entities” does not include the Diocese or the Parishes. An individual who perpetrated an act of Abuse that forms the basis of a Survivor Claim is not an Other Insured Entity. No religious order, archdiocese, or diocese, other than the Diocese itself, is an Other Insured Entity.
Other Insured Entities means any Person, including those entities listed on Exhibit N, insured or covered or allegedly insured under an Archdiocesan Settling Insurer Entity Policy that was issued or allegedly issued to the Archdiocese, but only with respect to Tort Claims based on alleged Abuse that occurred in whole or in part during the effective periods of the Archdiocesan Settling Insurer Entity Policy and only as to any Tort Claim covered or alleged to be covered under an Archdiocesan Settling Insurer Entity Policy. Notwithstanding the foregoing, “Other Insured Entities” does not include the Archdiocese or the Catholic Entities.

Examples of Other Insured Entities in a sentence

  • In addition to the contributions described herein, the Catholic Entities, Other Insured Entities, and Seminaries will waive certain claims against the Archdiocese and Settling Insurer Entities, including the Related Insurance Claims and contribution and indemnity claims referenced in Section 4.13.

More Definitions of Other Insured Entities

Other Insured Entities means those Persons listed on Exhibit L, insured or covered or allegedly insured or covered under a Diocesan Settling Insurer Entity Policy that was issued or allegedly issued to the Diocese, but only with respect to any Claim that would be covered or alleged to be covered under that Diocese Settling Insurer Entity Policy but for a Diocese Insurance Settlement Agreement, including Tort Claims based on alleged Abuse that occurred in whole or in part during the effective periods of that Diocesan Settling Insurer Entity Policy. Notwithstanding the foregoing, “Other Insured Entities” does not include the Diocese, the Parishes, or the Parish Parties.
Other Insured Entities means those Persons on Exhibit J that are, or allegedly are, insured or covered, under a Settling Insurer Policy issued to the Debtor, but does not include the Debtor, Parishes, Schools, or Related Non-Debtor Entities. A Person is an Other Insured Entity only to the extent such Person is insured under a Settling Insurer Policy issued to the Debtor, provided, however, an individual who perpetrated an act of Abuse that forms the basis of a Survivor Claim is not an Other Insured Entity.
Other Insured Entities means those Persons that are, or allegedly are, insured or covered, under a Settling Insurer Policy, but does not include the Debtor, Parishes, or Schools. An individual who perpetrated an act of Abuse that forms the basis of a Survivor Claim is not an Other Insured Entity.
Other Insured Entities means those Entities listed on Exhibit E that are covered or allegedly covered under a Catholic Mutual Certificate that was issued or allegedly issued to the Diocese, but only with respect to Survivor Claims based on alleged Abuse that occurred during the effective periods of that Catholic Mutual Certificate and that would be covered or alleged to be covered under that Catholic Mutual Certificate but for this Insurance Settlement Agreement. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the term “Other Insured Entities” does not include the Diocese, the Parishes, or their respective Protected Parties which are expressly covered parties under a Catholic Mutual Certificate. An individual who perpetrated an act of Abuse that forms the basis of a Survivor Claim is not an Other Insured Entity. No religious order, archdiocese (including the Archdiocese), or diocese (other than the Diocese itself) is an Other Insured Entity.
Other Insured Entities means any additional entity or individual listed in ITEM 1b of the declarations page.
Other Insured Entities means those entities listed on Exhibit N, but only with respect to Tort Claims based on alleged Abuse that occurred during the time periods specified in Exhibit N, and only as to any Tort Claim covered or alleged to be covered under an Archdiocesan Settling Insurer Entity Policy.

Related to Other Insured Entities

  • Sum Insured means the sum as specified in the Schedule to this Policy against the name of Insured / each Insured Person, which sum represents the Company's maximum liability for any or all claims under this Policy during the Policy period for the respective benefit(s) against which the sum is mentioned in the Schedule to this Policy.

  • Insurers means the underwriters or insurance companies with whom any Obligatory Insurances are effected and the managers of any protection and indemnity or war risks association in which any or the Collateral Vessels may at any time be entered.

  • D&O Liability Insurance Policies means all insurance policies (including any “tail policy”) of any of the Debtors for liability of any current or former directors, managers, officers, and members.

  • Insurance Companies means the companies with whom the Insurance Policies are held.

  • Insurance means (i) all insurance policies covering any or all of the Collateral (regardless of whether the Collateral Agent is the loss payee thereof) and (ii) any key man life insurance policies.

  • Material Insurance Subsidiary means a Material Subsidiary that is also an Insurance Subsidiary.

  • Companies means Borrower and its Subsidiaries; and “Company” shall mean any one of them.

  • First party insurance means an insurance policy or contract in which the insurer

  • Fidelity Insurance means insurance coverage with respect to employee errors, omissions, dishonesty, forgery, theft, disappearance and destruction, robbery and safe burglary, property (other than money and securities) and computer fraud in an aggregate amount acceptable to Seller’s regulators.

  • Comprehensive agreement means the comprehensive agreement between the private entity and the responsible public entity that is required prior to the development or operation of a qualifying project.

  • Existing insurer means the insurance company whose policy or contract is or will be changed or affected in a manner described within the definition of “replacement.”

  • Liability Insurance means compulsory professional liability errors and omissions insurance required by a governing body;

  • FHA Insurance means the Federal mortgage insurance authorized pursuant to Section 220, 221(d)(3), 221 (d)(4) or 223(f) of Title II of the National Housing Act of 1934, as amended.

  • Member insurer means any person who:
