Archdiocese Other Insured Entities definition

Archdiocese Other Insured Entities means any Person, including those Persons listed on Exhibit N, insured or covered or allegedly insured or covered under an Archdiocesan Settling Insurer Entity Policy that was issued or allegedly issued to the Archdiocese, but only with respect to any Claim that would be covered or alleged to be covered under that Archdiocese Settling Insurer Entity Policy but for an Archdiocese Insurance Settlement Agreement, including Tort Claims based on alleged Abuse that occurred in whole or in part during the effective periods of that Archdiocesan Settling Insurer Entity Policy. Notwithstanding the foregoing, “Archdiocese Other Insured Entities” does not include the Archdiocese, the Parishes, or the Seminaries.
Archdiocese Other Insured Entities means any Person, including those entities listed on Exhibit 1, who is insured or covered or allegedly insured or covered under a Settling Insurer Entity Policy that was issued or allegedly issued to the Archdiocese, but only with respect to Tort Claims based on alleged Abuse that occurred in whole or in part during the effective periods of the Settling Insurer Entity Policy that insured such Archdiocese Other Insured Entity and only as to any Tort Claim covered or alleged to be covered under such Settling Insurer Entity Policy. Notwithstanding the foregoing, “Archdiocese Other Insured Entities” does not include the Archdiocese.

  • Other Insurance means insurance available to any covered person that covers a loss to which this policy applies, other than either primary insurance or insurance specifically purchased by you to be excess of the insurance afforded by this policy.

  • Crew Insurances means insurances against crew risks which shall include but not be limited to death, sickness, repatriation, injury, shipwreck unemployment indemnity and loss of personal effects.

  • Related Entities means contractors and subcontractors of a Party at any tier; grantees, investigators, customers, and users of a Party at any tier and their contractors or subcontractor at any tier; or, employees of the Party or any of the foregoing.

  • Sub-Contractors means those persons furnishing labor or materials for the Project pursuant to the Sub- Contracts.

  • Contractors means the bidder whose bid has been accepted by the COE;

  • Subcontractors means subcontractors or subconsultants at any tier that are under the direct or indirect control or responsibility of the Contractor, and includes all independent contractors, agents, employees, authorized resellers, or anyone else for whom the Contractor may be liable at any tier, including a person or entity that is, or will be, providing or performing an essential aspect of this Contract, including Contractor’s manufacturers, distributors, and suppliers.

  • Covered Entities have the meanings stated in Section 1(a) of the Parent Support Agreement.

  • Companies means Borrower and its Subsidiaries; and “Company” shall mean any one of them.

  • Released Entities means released entities as such term is defined

  • Company Entities means the Company and its Subsidiaries.

  • Insurers means the underwriters or insurance companies with whom any Insurance is effected and the manager of any protection and indemnity or war risks association in which the Vessel may at any time be entered;

  • Comprehensive agreement means the comprehensive agreement between the private entity and the responsible public entity that is required prior to the development or operation of a qualifying project.

  • Contractor Parties means a Contractor’s members, directors, officers, shareholders, partners, managers, principal officers, representatives, agents, servants, consultants, employees or any one of them or any other person or entity with whom the Contractor is in privity of oral or written contract (e.g. subcontractor) and the Contractor intends for such other person or entity to perform under the Contract in any capacity. For the purpose of this Contract, vendors of support services, not otherwise known as human service providers or educators, shall not be considered subcontractors, e.g. lawn care, unless such activity is considered part of a training, vocational or educational program.

  • D&O Liability Insurance Policies means all insurance policies (including any “tail policy”) of any of the Debtors for liability of any current or former directors, managers, officers, and members.

  • Operating Companies means, collectively, the Creekside Operating Company, the Mentone Operating Company and the Yucaipa Operating Company. “Operating Company” means any of the Operating Companies.

  • Travel Insurance means coverage for personal risks incidental to planned travel, including one or more of the following:

  • Third-party logistics provider means a person that provides or coordinates warehousing of or other logistics services for a drug or device in interstate commerce on behalf of a manufacturer, wholesale distributor, or dispenser of the drug or device but does not take ownership of the product or have responsibility for directing the sale or disposition of the product.

  • Project Companies means all Group Project Companies and Non-Group Project Companies together, each being a “Project Company”.

  • Transferred Entities means the entities set forth on Schedule 1.9.

  • Covered Personnel means any Person who is or was an employee, consultant or independent contractor of the Covered Parties, as of such date of the relevant act prohibited by this Section 2(a) or during the one (1) year period preceding such date.

  • Medical malpractice insurance means insurance against legal liability incident to the practice and provision of a medical service other than the practice and provision of a dental service.

  • Property Manager means an entity that has been retained to perform and carry out at one or more of the Properties property-management services, excluding persons, entities or independent contractors retained or hired to perform facility management or other services or tasks at a particular Property, the costs for which are passed through to and ultimately paid by the tenant at such Property.

  • Vendors means the proposer(s) responding to this RFP and vendor(s) to whom a contract has been awarded as a result of this RFP by SMSD. A responsible vendor is a vendor who has adequate financial resources (or the ability to obtain such resources), can comply with the delivery requirements, and is a qualified and established firm regularly engaged in the type of business that provides the product(s) /service(s) listed herein.

  • Insurance Companies means the companies with whom the Insurance Policies are held.

  • Acquired Entities means the Company and the Acquired Subsidiaries.

  • Great bodily harm means bodily injury which creates a substantial risk of death, or which causes serious permanent dis- figurement, or which causes a permanent or protracted loss or impairment of the function of any bodily member or organ or other serious bodily injury.
