Other Support Agreement definition

Other Support Agreement means a separate Support Agreement entered into on or after the date hereof by and among Topco, Parent and any Other Investor. Other Support Agreements and this Agreement are collectively referred to as the “Support Agreements” and each referred to as a “Support Agreement”.
