Other SVOD Distributor means an Other Distributor that distributes Licensor’s programs on an SVOD basis.
Other SVOD Distributor means anotherany party that distributes Licensor’s programs full length television programs or feature films in the Territory during the Term for residential (i.e., non-commercial), not for hotels or other non-theatrical venues)) exhibition via Approved Transmission Means (or other similar means).
