Individual Agreement means an employment, consulting or similar agreement between a Participant and the Company or one of its Subsidiaries or Affiliates.
Mutual Agreement is defined to mean an agreement between the Union and the Employer.
Designated Individual has the meaning set forth in Section 10.3.A hereof.
Disabled individual means a person older than 13 years of age who by reason of age or physical or mental disease, defect, or injury is substantially unable to protect the person's self from harm or to provide food, shelter, or medical care for the person's self.
DSU Agreement means a written letter agreement between the Corporation and a Participant evidencing the grant of DSUs and the terms and conditions thereof, substantially in the form of Appendix “B”;
Covered individual means a person or entity who is a member of any of the following classes:
Self-Employed Individual means an individual who has Earned Income for the taxable year from the trade or business for which the Plan is established, and, also, an individual who would have had Earned Income but for the fact that the trade or business had no net profits for the taxable year. A Self-Employed Individual shall be treated as an Employee.
Authorized individual means an individual known to and screened by the Licensee and determined to be necessary and appropriate to have access to the Nonpublic Information held by the Licensee and its Information Systems.

Key Individual means those individuals identified in the Proponent’s Prequalification Submission as key individuals;
Aggrieved individual means a student, the parents or guardians of a student under the age of 18 acting on behalf of a student, an employee of the district, or member of the public who is directly affected by and/or is witness to an alleged violation of Board policies prohibiting unlawful discrimination or harassment.
Subject Individual means a current FAA employee's father, mother, son, daughter, brother, sister, uncle, aunt, first cousin, nephew, niece, husband, wife, father-in-law, mother-in-law, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, brother-in- law, sister-in-law, stepfather, stepmother, stepson, stepdaughter, stepbrother, stepsister, half brother, half sister, spouse of an in-law, or a member of his/her household.
Company Employee Agreement means any management, employment, severance, change in control, transaction bonus, consulting, repatriation or expatriation agreement or other contract between any Group Company and any current or former employee, director or officer of such Group Company.
RSU Agreement means a written agreement between the Company and a Participant evidencing the terms and conditions of an individual Award of Restricted Stock Units.

Employee Agreement means each management, employment, severance, consulting, relocation, repatriation, expatriation, visas, work permit or other agreement, contract or understanding between the Company or any Affiliate and any Employee;
Mutual aid agreement means an agreement between the City and a town or other city for the City’s fire department to provide assistance to the fire department of a town or other city.
Plan Agreement means a written agreement, as may be amended from time to time, which is entered into by and between an Employer and a Participant. Each Plan Agreement executed by a Participant and the Participant’s Employer shall provide for the entire benefit to which such Participant is entitled under the Plan; should there be more than one Plan Agreement, the Plan Agreement bearing the latest date of acceptance by the Employer shall supersede all previous Plan Agreements in their entirety and shall govern such entitlement. The terms of any Plan Agreement may be different for any Participant, and any Plan Agreement may provide additional benefits not set forth in the Plan or limit the benefits otherwise provided under the Plan; provided, however, that any such additional benefits or benefit limitations must be agreed to by both the Employer and the Participant.
Qualifying Individual means an individual aged 18 years or over who is deemed to be resident in the UK for tax purposes. This includes a non-resident who performs duties which by virtue of Section 28 of the Income Tax (Earnings & Pensions) Act 2003 are treated as being performed in the UK (Crown employees serving overseas) or is married to, or is in a civil partnership with a person who performs such duties.
Qualified individual with a disability means an individual with a disability who satisfies the requisite skill, experience, education and other job-related requirements of the employment position such individual holds or desires, and who, with or without reasonable accommodation, can perform the essential functions of such position.
Individual contract plan means a subcontracting plan that covers the entire contract period (including option periods), applies to a specific contract, and has goals that are based on the offeror’s planned subcontracting in support of the specific contract except that indirect costs incurred for common or joint purposes may be allocated on a prorated basis to the contract.
Employment Agreement means any employment, severance, retention, termination, indemnification, change in control or similar agreement between the Company or any of its Subsidiaries, on the one hand, and any current or former employee of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries, on the other hand.
Protected individual ’ means an individual who (A) is a citizen or national of the United States, or (B) is an alien who is lawfully admitted for permanent residence, is granted the status of an alien lawfully admitted for temporary residence under 8 U.S.C. § 1160(a) or 8 U.S.C. § 1255a(a)(1), is admitted as a refugee under 8 U.S.C. § 1157, or is granted asylum under Section 8 U.S.C. § 1158; but does not include
this Agreement “hereof” and “hereunder” refer to this Agreement whether in its original form or as from time to time added to varied or amended.
