Otis Puerto Rico Savings Plan means the Xxxx Elevator Puerto Rico Retirement Savings Plan established by Otis pursuant to Section 2.03(b) and 5.02(c).

  • Parent 401(k) Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 6.6(e).
