Outdoor Amenity Space definition

Outdoor Amenity Space means outdoor space on a lot that is communal and available for use by the occupants of a building on the lot for recreational or social activities.
Outdoor Amenity Space means the outdoor space on the Lands located at grade or on a landscaped roof of a building that is communal and is provided for the use of occupants of the building and their guests for recreational of social activities;
Outdoor Amenity Space means an area within a lot which is provided for the exclusive use of residents of a building for recreational or social purpose.

  • On a corner lot, the building façade may be retracted at a 45-degree angle between the curb radius to allow for Outdoor Amenity Space and for clear site distance at the corner.

Outdoor Amenity Space means the amenity space provided for the common private enjoyment of residents within the development at grade or on a rooftop of the base building which may be up to 12 metres above grade;
