Outdoor Amenity Space definition

Outdoor Amenity Space means outdoor space on a lot that is communal and available for use by the occupants of a building on the lot for recreational or social activities.

Outdoor Amenity Space. – shall mean outdoor space on the Lot located at grade or on a landscaped roof of a building that is communal and is provided for the use of occupants of the building and their guests for recreational of social activities;

Outdoor Amenity Space means outdoor space on a lot that is communal and available for use by the residents of a building on the lot for recreational or social activities.

Outdoor Amenity Space means an area within a lot which is provided for the exclusive use of residents of a building for recreational or social purpose.
