Outside Activities has the meaning specified in Section 17.4.

Outside Activities. Employee agrees that while employed by Employer he/she will refrain from any outside activities or activities which actually or potentially are in direct conflict with the essential enterprise-related interest of the Employer that would cause a material and substantial disruption of the Employer's operations or would be in direct competition with the Bank or assist competitors of the Bank.
