Outside Entity Employee definition
Outside Entity Employee means any employee of the Outside Entity, whether such employee is in a supervisory, co-worker or subordinate position or otherwise, including any part-time, seasonal and temporary employee.
Outside Entity Employee means any natural person whose labour or service is both engaged and directed by the Outside Entity. This may include a volunteer, full-time, part-time, seasonal or temporary employee in his or her capacity as such, but does not include an independent contractor.
Outside Entity Employee means a natural person, who is a past, present or future: (i) full-time or part-time employee of an Outside Entity; (ii) temporary or volunteer worker of an Outside Entity; (iii) independent contractor who performs labor or service for the Outside Entity pursuant to a written contract or agreement, where such labor or service is under the exclusive direction of the Outside Entity; or (iv) an employee leased to an Outside Entity.
