Outside Funding Date definition

Outside Funding Date shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.2(a) hereof.
Outside Funding Date means the date that is eighteen (18) months after the date of this Agreement.
Outside Funding Date has the meaning provided therefor in Section 1.05(e) hereof.
