Outstanding Payments definition

Outstanding Payments means, in relation to any amounts payable on redemption of the Capital Securities, an amount representing any accrued and unpaid interest for the Interest Period during which redemption occurs to the date of redemption;
Outstanding Payments means, in relation to any amounts payable on redemption of the Certificates, an amount representing accrued and unpaid Periodic Distribution Amounts for the Periodic Distribution Period during which redemption occurs to the date of redemption plus Additional Amounts thereon, if any;
Outstanding Payments means, in relation to any amounts payable on redemption or repayment of the Capital Securities, an amount representing any accrued and unpaid interest which has not been cancelled or deemed cancelled, whether optionally or mandatorily, for the Interest Period during which redemption or repayment occurs to (but excluding) the date of redemption or repayment (including Additional Amounts thereon, if any);

Examples of Outstanding Payments in a sentence

  • The right to receive distributions in respect of the Certificates will be forfeited unless claimed within periods of ten years (in the case of the Dissolution Distribution Amount) and five years (in the case of Periodic Distribution Amounts or Outstanding Payments) from the Relevant Date in respect thereof.

  • Accordingly, if any such withholding or deduction were to apply to any payments of Dissolution Distribution Amounts (other than any Outstanding Payments) under the Certificates, holders may receive less than the full amount due under the Certificates, and the market value of the Certificates may be adversely affected.

  • As such, the Trustee will not be required to pay any Additional Amounts under the terms of the Certificates to the extent any withholding or deduction applied to payments of Dissolution Distribution Amounts (other than any Outstanding Payments).

  • In these Conditions, references to any Periodic Distribution Amounts (and related expressions including, without limitation, Rab-al-Maal Mudaraba Profit, Rab-al-Maal Final Mudaraba Profit and Outstanding Payments) shall be deemed to include any Additional Amounts payable under this Condition 13 or any undertaking given in addition to or in substitution for it under the Declaration of Trust.


More Definitions of Outstanding Payments

Outstanding Payments means, in relation to any amounts payable on redemption of the Certificates, an amount representing accrued and unpaid Periodic Distribution Amounts for the Periodic Distribution Period during which redemption occurs to the date of redemption plus Additional Amounts thereon, if any, and if the Certificates are redeemed following a Capital Event and prior to the First Call Date, shall include a further profit amount in an amount equal to the Capital Event Profit Amount;
Outstanding Payments means, in relation to any amounts payable on redemption of the Capital Securities, an amount representing any due and payable but unpaid interest for the Interest Period during which redemption occurs to the date of redemption. For the avoidance of doubt, the obligation to pay Outstanding Payments is without prejudice to the Bank's right to elect not to pay earlier Interest Payment Amounts or to the non-payment of such amounts as a result of a Non-Payment Event having occurred;
