Periodic Distribution Period definition

Periodic Distribution Period means the period beginning on (and including) the Issue Date and ending on (but excluding) the first Periodic Distribution Date and each successive period beginning on (and including) a Periodic Distribution Date and ending on (but excluding) the next succeeding Periodic Distribution Date;
Periodic Distribution Period means the period from and including the Closing Date to but excluding the first Periodic Distribution Date, and each successive period from and including a Periodic Distribution Date to but excluding the next succeeding Periodic Distribution Date;
Periodic Distribution Period means each period beginning on (and including) the Profit Commencement Date or any Periodic Distribution Date and ending on (but excluding) the next Periodic Distribution Date;

More Definitions of Periodic Distribution Period
