Periodic Distribution Period definition

Periodic Distribution Period means the period beginning on (and including) the Issue Date and ending on (but excluding) the first Periodic Distribution Date and each successive period beginning on (and including) a Periodic Distribution Date and ending on (but excluding) the next succeeding Periodic Distribution Date;

Periodic Distribution Period means the period from and including the Closing Date to but excluding the first Periodic Distribution Date, and each successive period from and including a Periodic Distribution Date to but excluding the next succeeding Periodic Distribution Date;

Periodic Distribution Period means each period beginning on (and including) the Profit Commencement Date or any Periodic Distribution Date and ending on (but excluding) the next Periodic Distribution Date;

Examples of Periodic Distribution Period in a sentence

• Where any Periodic Distribution Period comprises two or more Return Accumulation Periods, the amount of profit payable per Calculation Amount in respect of such Periodic Distribution Period shall be the sum of the Profit Amounts payable in respect of each of those Return Accumulation Periods.

• Where any Periodic Distribution Date or Profit Period Date is subject to adjustment pursuant to Condition 7(b)(ii), the Profit Amounts and the Periodic Distribution Date so published may subsequently be amended (or appropriate alternative arrangements made with the consent of the Delegate by way of adjustment) without notice in the event of an extension or shortening of the Periodic Distribution Period.

• Such Periodic Distribution Date(s) is/are either shown hereon as Specified Periodic Distribution Dates or, if no Specified Periodic Distribution Date(s) is/are shown hereon, Periodic Distribution Date shall mean each date which falls the number of months or other period shown hereon as the Periodic Distribution Period after the preceding Periodic Distribution Date or, in the case of the first Periodic Distribution Date, after the Profit Commencement Date.

• If a Periodic Distribution Amount is required to be calculated in respect of a period of less than a full Periodic Distribution Period (the Relevant Period), it shall be calculated as an amount equal to the product of: (a) the applicable Profit Rate; (b) the face amount of the relevant Certificates; and (c) the applicable Day-count Fraction for the Relevant Period, rounding the resultant figure to the nearest cent (half a cent being rounded upwards).

• Subject to Condition 8, Periodic Distribution Amounts shall be payable on the Certificates semi- annually in arrear on each Periodic Distribution Date, in respect of the Periodic Distribution Period ending on such date, in each case as provided in this Condition 7.

More Definitions of Periodic Distribution Period

Periodic Distribution Period means the period from and including the Closing Date to but excluding the first Periodic Distribution Date, and thereafter each successive period from and including a Periodic Distribution Date to but excluding the immediately following Periodic Distribution Date or the Redemption Date (if such date is not a Periodic Distribution Date).

Periodic Distribution Period means Periodic Distribution payable by the Issuer on semi-annual basis or such other period of frequency to be mutually agreed between the Issuer and the joint lead managers prior to each issuance of the Sukuk Murabahah.

The Balance Exercise Price, being the Exercise Price less the Net Exercise Price ("Balance Exercise Price"), if any, shall be paid by the Issuer on the next Periodic Distribution Date unless further deferment is requested by the Issuer by way of a Deferral Notice. Any part or full payment of such Balance Exercise Price shall be shared by the relevant Sukukholders of the relevant outstanding Sukuk Musharakah on a pro-rata basis. The accounting entries associated with the dissolution of the Musharakah Venture and investment into a new Musharakah Venture shall be made in the books of the Issuer. For the avoidance of doubt, dissolution of the Musharakah Venture in this manner will not result in redemption of the Sukuk Musharakah by the Issuer or involve either the issuance of any new or additional Sukuk Musharakah or a variation in the terms of the relevant outstanding Sukuk Musharakah.
