Overlap Territory definition

Overlap Territory means that portion of the Territory in which a ----------------- Person or its Affiliates (other than AT&T PCS and its Affiliates) that is party to a transaction meeting the description of a transaction set forth in clauses (a), (b) and (c) of the definition of a Disqualifying Transaction owns an FCC License to offer Commercial Mobile Radio Services.
Overlap Territory means the territory where City’s boundary overlaps RWD’s district boundary as indicated on Exhibit “A”.
Overlap Territory means the aggregate of AT&T Overlap Territory and Company Overlap Territory.
