Overlay Network definition

Overlay Network is a logical SD-WAN-based IP network that is built over the GTT Network and/or other IP-based networks using virtual or logical links by means of the associated CPE.
Overlay Network means the network established between Locations by means of IPSec virtual links overlaying the Underlay Network.
Overlay Network as defined in Section 2A.3.
