Overseas Securities Services definition

Overseas Securities Services means the services offered or made available by the Bank on Overseas Securities, including those set out in clause 2.1 of the Specific Terms for Securities Services of the Master Terms and Conditions. The types and scope of Overseas Securities Services on which the Bank makes available and offers is subject to the Bank's approval and changes as determined by the Bank at its sole and absolute discretion from time to time.

  • Foreign Securities System means an Eligible Securities Depository listed on Schedule B hereto.

  • Equity-linked Securities means any debt or equity securities that are convertible, exercisable or exchangeable for Class A Shares issued in a financing transaction in connection with a Business Combination, including but not limited to a private placement of equity or debt.

  • BofA Securities means BofA Securities, Inc.

  • Foster care placement means placement of a child through (i) an agreement between the parents or

  • Investment Management Agreement or IMA means the Investment Management Agreement (IMA) dated December 9, 2002, executed between UTI Trustee Company Private Limited and UTI Asset Management Company Limited.

  • Asset Management Company means an asset Management Company as defined in the Rules and Regulations.

  • Hague Securities Convention means the Hague Convention on the Law Applicable to Certain Rights in Respect of Securities held with an Intermediary (concluded July 5, 2006).

  • Securities Transaction means a purchase of or sale of Securities.

  • central securities depository or ‘CSD’ means a central securities depository as defined in point (1) of Article 2(1) of Regulation (EU) No 909/2014.

  • Securities and Futures Ordinance means the Securities and Futures Ordinance (Cap. 571 of the Laws of Hong Kong);

  • Canadian Investment Manager designation means the designation earned through the Canadian investment manager program prepared and administered by CSI Global Education Inc. and so named on the day this Instrument comes into force, and every program that preceded that program, or succeeded that program, that does not have a significantly reduced scope and content when compared to the scope and content of the first-mentioned program;
