Overtime Chart definition

Overtime Chart shall be kept updated to the current pay period on a continual chart from year to year.

Related to Overtime Chart

  • Overtime means work performed by a full-time employee in excess or outside of their regularly scheduled hours of work.

  • Sub-Contractor means the person named in the Contract for any part of the works or any person to whom any part of the contract has been sublet by the contractor with the consent in writing of the Engineer-in-charge and will include the legal representatives, successors and permitted assigns of such persons.

  • Annexure F means, if applicable to the Product or the subject matter of this Agreement and read conjunctively with the Contractor’s obligations in terms of the Consumer Protection Act, the express warranties provided by the Contractor in relation to the Product.

  • Annexure C means, if applicable to the subject matter of this Agreement and the Contractor’s obligations in terms thereof, the Contractor’s Personnel Schedule.

  • O&M Contractor means the person, if any, with whom the Concessionaire has entered into an O&M Contract for discharging O&M obligations for and on behalf of the Concessionaire;
