Ovid Territory means the Core Orphan Territories and, if applicable pursuant to Section 6.1(a)(ii), those countries in the ROW Territory that comprise the Extended Ovid Territory.

Examples of Ovid Territory in a sentence

  • As of the Effective Date, each of Takeda and Ovid shall have the sole right and responsibility for handling all sales and commercial distribution activities, including returns, order processing, invoicing and collection, distribution, and inventory and receivables for the Products in the Takeda Territory and Ovid Territory, respectively.

  • Ovid shall be responsible for all Medical Affairs Activities for the Product in the Ovid Territory in accordance with the medical affairs portion of the Development Plan.

  • During the Term, Takeda shall have the initial right and obligation to Take the Lead with respect to Manufacturing of API for use in the creation of Drug Product for the Development and Commercialization of the Product in the Territory under the oversight of the JMC and, with respect to Commercialization in the Ovid Territory, pursuant to the Commercial Supply Agreement.

  • Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Parties will collaborate with respect to the Development of the Compound and Products and share the Data resulting from such collaboration as provided in this Article 4 to facilitate the Development of the Compound and Products throughout the Licensee Territory and the Ovid Territory.

  • Except as provided in this Agreement, Ovid shall not, and shall cause its Affiliates and sublicensees not to, whether directly or indirectly through a Third Party, export, distribute or sell a Product outside the Ovid Territory.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, in no event shall Licensee submit any Regulatory Filing for the Product in the Ovid Territory.
