Owned Proprietary Rights definition

Owned Proprietary Rights means all Proprietary Rights owned or purported to be owned by the Company.
Owned Proprietary Rights shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.9(a).
Owned Proprietary Rights means all Proprietary Rights that are owned by Seller and used by Seller in the Business, including without limitation the Proprietary Rights set forth on Schedule 4.12(a)(i).

More Definitions of Owned Proprietary Rights

Owned Proprietary Rights has the meaning set forth in Section 4.14(b).
Owned Proprietary Rights means all Proprietary Rights owned or purported to be owned by the Company. “Parties” shall have the meaning set forth in the Preamble.

  • Licensed Intellectual Property Rights means all Intellectual Property Rights owned by a third party and licensed or sublicensed to either the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • Real Property Rights means all rights in or to real property (such as leasehold or other rights to use or access the Project Site), leases, agreements, Permits, easements, including licenses, private rights-of-way, and utility and railroad crossing rights required to be obtained or maintained by Owner in connection with construction of the Project on the Project Site, transmission of electricity to the Grid, performance of the Work, or operation of the Project.

  • Intellectual Property Rights or IPR means copyright, rights related to or affording protection similar to copyright, rights in databases, patents and rights in inventions, semi-conductor topography rights, trade marks, rights in internet domain names and website addresses and other rights in trade or business names, designs, Know-How, trade secrets and other rights in Confidential Information; applications for registration, and the right to apply for registration, for any of the rights listed at (a) that are capable of being registered in any country or jurisdiction; and all other rights having equivalent or similar effect in any country or jurisdiction;
