The Owner of a dwelling unit may submit an application for a GDU or a MFD rental license on forms provided by the City Manager.
If a party wall is destroyed or damaged by fire or other casualty, either Owner of a dwelling sharing said wall, sidewalk or entrance steps may restore it and the other Owner shall contribute one-half (1/2) the cost of restoration thereof without prejudice, however, subject to the right of any such Owner to call for a larger contribution from the other under any rule of law regarding liability for negligence or willful acts or omissions.
