Owner of project means anyone who has ownership of the roof (including in the form of lease) and is the legal owner of all equipment of the project OR the Successful bidder who has taken the roof on mutually agreed terms and conditions from the roof top owner(s) and enters into a PPA with the consumer(s) for supply of solar power for at least 25 years from the date of Commissioning of project.
