Ownership Certificates. One or more certificates representing an undivided beneficial ownership interest in the Trust in substantially the form annexed hereto as Exhibit A. Owner Trustee: Wilmington Trust Company, a Delaware banking corporation, and any successor in interest, not in its individual capacity, but solely as owner trustee under this Agreement.
