Class R-III Interest The uncertificated Residual Interest in REMIC III.

Class LT-R Interest The residual interest in the Lower-Tier REMIC as described in the Preliminary Statement and the related footnote thereto.
Class UT-R Interest The residual interest in the Upper-Tier REMIC as described in the Preliminary Statement and the related footnote thereto.
Class P Interest An uncertificated interest in the Trust Fund held by the Trustee on behalf of the Holders of the Class P Certificates, evidencing a Regular Interest in REMIC III for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.
Class R-I Interest The uncertificated Residual Interest in REMIC I.
Class R-II Interest The uncertificated Residual Interest in REMIC II.
Class R-IV Interest The uncertificated Residual Interest in REMIC IV.
Class R-5 Interest The uncertificated Residual Interest in REMIC 5.
Mid-Swap Floating Leg Benchmark Rate means EURIBOR (if the Specified Currency is euro), LIBOR for the Specified Currency (if the Specified Currency is U.S. dollars, Pounds Sterling or Swiss Francs), CIBOR (if the Specified Currency is Danish Kroner), NIBOR (if the Specified Currency is Norwegian Kroner), STIBOR (if the Specified Currency is Swedish Kronor) or (in the case of any other Specified Currency) the benchmark rate most closely connected with such Specified Currency and selected by the Calculation Agent in its discretion after consultation with the Issuer;
Class C Interest An uncertificated interest in the Trust Fund held by the Trustee on behalf of the Holders of the Class C Certificates, evidencing a Regular Interest in REMIC 3 for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.
OP Unit Economic Balance has the meaning set forth in Section 6.03(c) hereof.
L/C Interest shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 3.6 hereof.
Market Participant Energy Withdrawal means transactions in the Day-ahead Energy Market and Real-time Energy Market, including but not limited to Demand Bids, Decrement Bids, real-time load (net of Behind The Meter Generation expected to be operating, but not to be less than zero), internal bilateral transactions and Export Transactions, as further described in the PJM Manuals.
Non-potable water means water not safe for drinking, personal, or culinary use as determined by the requirements of 35 Ill. Adm. Code 604.
Class R-4 Interest The uncertificated Residual Interest in REMIC 4.
Uncertificated Lower-Tier Interest A regular interest in the Lower-Tier REMIC which is held as an asset of the Upper-Tier REMIC and is entitled to monthly distributions as provided in Section 5.02(a) hereof. Any of the Class 1-L Interest, Class 1-LS Interest, Class 2-L Interest, Class 2-LS Interest, Class 3-L Interest, Class 3-LS Interest, Class 4-L Interest and Class 4-LS Interest are Uncertificated Lower-Tier Interests.
Common Unit Economic Balance means (i) the Capital Account balance of the General Partner, plus the amount of the General Partner’s share of any Partner Minimum Gain or Partnership Minimum Gain, in either case to the extent attributable to the General Partner’s ownership of Partnership Common Units and computed on a hypothetical basis after taking into account all allocations through the date on which any allocation is made under Section 6.2.D hereof, divided by (ii) the number of the General Partner’s Partnership Common Units.
Partnership Percentage means a percentage established for each partner on the Partnership' books as of the first day of each Fiscal Period. The Partnership Percentage of a Partner for a Fiscal Period shall be determined by dividing the amount of the Partner's capital account as of the beginning of the Fiscal Period by the sum of the capital accounts of all of the Partners as of the beginning of the fiscal Period. The sum of the Partnership Percentage for each fiscal Period shall equal one hundred percent (100%).
Class R-1 Interest The uncertificated Residual Interest in REMIC 1.
Small emissions unit means an emissions unit that emits or has the potential to emit the PAL pollutant in an amount less than the significant level for that PAL pollutant, as defined in section 140 or in the Act, whichever is lower.
Intermediate Distribution Frame (IDF) means a second frame that augments an existing Main Distribution Frame. Lines or outside cables that do not terminate on the IDF.
Class B Interest Each of the Class B-1 and Class B-2 Interests.
Market Participant Energy Injection means transactions in the Day-ahead Energy Market and Real-time Energy Market, including but not limited to Day-ahead generation schedules, real- time generation output, Increment Offers, internal bilateral transactions and import transactions, as further described in the PJM Manuals.
Corresponding Lower-Tier Regular Interest As identified in the Preliminary Statement with respect to any Class of Regular Certificates, Class PEZ Regular Interest or Component.
