Examples of P1 Administrative Agent in a sentence

  • A certificate as to the amount of such payment or liability delivered to the Borrower by a Senior Lender (with a copy to the P1 Administrative Agent), or by the P1 Administrative Agent on its own behalf or on behalf of a Senior Lender, shall be conclusive absent manifest error.

  • This Agreement shall become effective when it has been executed by the P1 Administrative Agent and when the P1 Administrative Agent has received counterparts hereof that, when taken together, bear the signatures of each of the other parties hereto.

  • Term Administrative Agent means Bank of America, N.A., in its capacity as agent for the “Secured Parties” under (and as defined in) the Term Credit Agreement, and its successors and assigns in such capacity.
