PACE Charge definition

PACE Charge means the Property Assessed Clean Energy improvement tax levied on the property pursuant to s.81A of the Municipal Government Act.
PACE Charge. An amount charged to a Property Owner as payment due under the related PACE Loan.
PACE Charge means the amount due on a Statement of Account, pursuant to the Program Financing Agreement, in furtherance of repayment of the Loan.

  • The Lender may submit an amended PACE Charge Payment Schedule with respect to amounts due under the Program Financing Agreement (an “Amendment of PACE Charge Payment Schedule”), no less than sixty (60) days prior to the PACE Charge Submission deadline for the applicable period.

  • The Administrator will set the amount of the PACE Charge to appear semi-annually on the related Borrower’s Statement of Account based on such PACE Charge Payment Schedule, as further provided in the related PACE Financing Documents.

  • Effective immediately upon delivery of such confirmation, each Amendment of PACE Charge Payment Schedule shall automatically (and without the need for any further written instrument or notice) constitute the then current PACE Charge Payment Schedule and the prior PACE Charge Payment Schedule shall be replaced thereby in all respects.

  • The Administrator will disburse all PACE Charge payments received from the City with respect to each Loan in accordance with the express terms and provisions of the Collection Agreement, the Master Transfer and Remittance Agreement, this Agreement and the Administration Agreement, but will have no obligations with respect to the collection of delinquent payments with respect to any Loan or any other servicing or special servicing duties under this Agreement.

  • With respect to each Effective Project, and in accordance with the related Program Financing Agreement, the Lender will create a schedule of PACE Charge payments, pursuant to which a PACE Charge shall be scheduled to be repaid semi-annually (each, a “PACE Charge Payment Schedule”).

  • A PACE Charge shall be placed by the City on each Statement of Account with a due date of January 1 or July 1, as applicable of any City Fiscal Year.

  • This Servicing Agreement shall be effective as of the date hereof and shall terminate when the aggregate outstanding Tax Lien Principal Balance of the Tax Liens (other than the PACE Charge Liens) has been reduced to zero.

  • Any amounts paid to the Issuer Trustee or Wilmington Trust Company pursuant to this Article VIII, the Fee Agreement, Section 4.02 of the Purchase Agreements or the Assigned Purchase Agreements or Sections 3.06, 3.07 or 3.08 of one or more of the PACE Charge Lien Transfer Agreements shall at no time be included in the Trust Estate.

  • In connection with any such liquidation, any Transferred PACE Charge Liens shall be reconveyed to the related PACE Charge Lien Owner in accordance with the related PACE Charge Lien Transfer Agreement.

  • Any remaining PACE Charge Lien shall be reconveyed to the related PACE Charge Lien Owner in accordance with the PACE Charge Lien Transfer Agreement.

Related to PACE Charge

  • Service Charge means the amount charged for making a service available on line and is in addition to the actual fee for a service itself. For example, one who renews a license on line will pay the license renewal fee and a service charge.

  • Finance charge means that term as defined in section 106 of the truth in lending act, 15 USC 1605.

  • Monthly Charge shall have the meaning set forth in Article 5.

  • Maintenance Charges means the charges payable by the applicant to the Maintenance Agency in accordance with the demand raised by the Maintenance Agency for the maintenance and up keep of the said building/ said complex, including common areas and facilities but does not include; (a) the charges for actual consumption of utilities in the Dwelling Unit including but not limited to electricity, water, which shall be charged based on actual consumption on monthly basis and (b) any statutory payments, taxes, with regard to the Dwelling Unit/ said building/said complex.

  • Yield Maintenance Charge With respect to any Mortgage Loan or Serviced Companion Loan, the yield maintenance charge or prepayment premium, if any, payable under the related Note in connection with certain prepayments.

  • Room charge means the charge imposed for the use or occupancy of a room, excluding charges for food, beverages, state use tax, telephone service, or like services paid in connection with the charge, and excluding reimbursement of the assessment imposed by this act.

  • Monthly Charges means a finance carrying charge of one and one-half of one percent (1.5%) and a storage and handling charge of one-half of one percent (0.5%), in each case of the Cost of the Inventory and/or Special Inventory and/or of the fees for the Product affected by the reschedule or cancellation (as applicable) per month until such Inventory and/or Special Inventory and/or Product is returned to the vendor, used to manufacture Product or is otherwise purchased by Customer.

  • Daily Charge means any of the User's Daily General Charge and, in respect of Passenger Operators, the Daily Long Term Charge, as the context requires;

  • Hire Charge or “Hire Charges” means the rates and charges payable by You for the hire of the Equipment.

  • Service Charges means the fees levied by the municipality in terms of its tariff policy for any municipal services rendered in respect of an immovable property and includes any penalties, interest or surcharges levied or imposed in terms of this policy.

  • Annual Debt Service Charge as of any date means the amount which is expensed in any 12-month period for interest on Debt of the Company and its Subsidiaries.

  • Debt Service Charges means for any Measurement Period, the sum of (a) Consolidated Interest Charges paid or required to be paid for such Measurement Period, plus (b) principal payments made or required to be made on account of Indebtedness (excluding the Obligations and any Synthetic Lease Obligations but including, without limitation, Capital Lease Obligations) for such Measurement Period, in each case determined on a Consolidated basis in accordance with GAAP.

  • Usage Charges means the Charges for the Service or applicable part of the Service that are calculated by multiplying the volume of units that the Customer used or incurred in a period (e.g. number of users using the Service, or the number of minutes the Service was used for) with the relevant fee that is specified in the Online Order.

  • Facility Charge means one percent (1%) of the Maximum Term Loan Amount.

  • Bond Service Charges means, for any period or payable at any time, the principal of, premium, if any, and interest on the Bonds for that period or payable at that time whether due at maturity or upon redemption, Mandatory Tender or acceleration.

  • Finance Charges means, with respect to a Contract, any finance, interest, late payment charges or similar charges owing by an Obligor pursuant to such Contract.

  • SLDC Charges means the charges levied by the SLDC of the state wherein the Solar Power Project is located;

  • Minimum Charge means the higher of the rate minimum and the rate applied to the Contracted Minimum Demand;
