PAGA Employees definition

PAGA Employees means all Class Members employed by Defendant at any time during the PAGA Period.

PAGA Employees means all Class Members who worked for Defendants any time during the PAGA Period. PAGA Employees cannot request to be excluded from the PAGA portion of the settlement and will receive an Individual PAGA Payment even if they submit a request to be excluded.

Examples of PAGA Employees in a sentence

• Checks to Class Members and Non-Joining PAGA Employees shall remain negotiable for 180 days.

• Class Members and Non-Joining PAGA Employees who do not cash their checks within 180 days of issuance will have their checks cancelled and their check amounts sent to the unclaimed property division of the state in which each such Class Member or Non-Joining PAGA Employees last worked for Defendants.

• The Administrator will disburse the entire Gross Settlement Amount without asking or requiring Participating Class Members or PAGA Employees to submit any claim as a condition of payment.

• PAGA Employees assume full responsibility and liability for any taxes owed on their Individual PAGA Payment.
