PAGA Employee definition

PAGA Employee means all Class Members that work/ed as a Flight

PAGA Employee means a current or former non-exempt employee of Defendants who worked for Defendants as a security guard in the state of California during the PAGA Period.

PAGA Employee means current and former non-exempt employees of Naples Restaurant Group in the State of California at any time during the PAGA Period.
