Panel of Examiners definition

Panel of Examiners means pool of all available examiners from the college and other external Institutions who are enrolled by Board of Studies after the due process.
Panel of Examiners means the list of examiners to evaluate the Ph.D. thesis submitted by a Ph.D. scholar and which shall be evaluated by the G/RS and at least two external examiners (wherever possible one of the external examiners should be chosen from outside India).
Panel of Examiners means a panel of academics of the University and other persons from outside the University who are approved/ratified by the GSRMC to conduct the thesis defence of a Candidate.

The term always includes railroads whether or not they are so defined as public utilities.
