Par Call Period definition

Par Call Period means the period from and including June 30 of each year in which there is a Reset Date (which is three months prior to the Reset Date in such year) to and including such Reset Date.
Par Call Period means any period from and including the January 1 immediately preceding a Reset Date through and including such Reset Date.
Par Call Period means (a) with respect to the First Reset Date, the period from and including March 9, 2026 through and including the First Reset Date, and (b) with respect to any Reset Date after the First Reset Date, the period from and including the December 15 immediately preceding such Reset Date through and including such Reset Date.

Par Call Period means the period from and including the Par Call Commencement Date to but excluding the Maturity Date. During the Par Call Period, the Notes may be redeemed at par; and
