Paragon Multispecific Antibody definition

Paragon Multispecific Antibody means any Multispecific Antibody that is Developed, Manufactured, Commercialized or otherwise exploited by Paragon or its Affiliate or licensees (other than Spyre and its Affiliates and Sublicensees), excluding in each case any Spyre Multispecific Antibodies.
