Multispecific Antibody definition

Multispecific Antibody means any Antibody that is comprised of (a) [***], and (b) [***].

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, in prosecuting any Multispecific Patents, Pxxxxxx hereby agrees that during the Term, neither Paragon nor any of its Affiliates or licensees will file, or assist any Third Party in filing, any Patent claiming the composition of matter of, or any method of specifically making or using, any Licensed Antibody or Derived Antibody, other than as part of a Multispecific Antibody.

  • Together with such notice, Paragon will provide to Apogee all material information and research plans developed by Paragon with respect to such Multispecific Antibody.

  • Spyre will have [***] days from receipt of the ROFN Information to deliver a written notice to Paragon of Spyre’s desire to engage in negotiations for an agreement concerning the Development, or exclusive license or grant of rights to, such Multispecific Antibody.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, if Paragon engages in Development or Manufacture of a Multispecific Antibody that meets the criteria of clause (i) or (ii) above before Spyre designates such Multispecific Antibody as a Designated Multispecific Antibody, then Paragon shall not be in breach of this Agreement, provided that, Paragon ceases all such Development or Manufacture within [***] days following receipt of Spyre’s written notice of designation.

  • Prior to and during the ROFN Negotiation Period, Paragon shall not enter into an agreement with respect to such Multispecific Antibody with any Third Party that will prevent Paragon from entering into an agreement with Spyre for the Development, or exclusive license or grant of rights to, such Multispecific Antibody and corresponding Multispecific Products.

  • Prior to and during the ROFN Negotiation Period, Paragon shall not enter into an agreement with respect to such Multispecific Antibody with any Third Party.

Multispecific Antibody means an Antibody that includes [***] parental Antibodies. A Multispecific Antibody comprises the number of active components equal to the number of parental Antibodies.
Multispecific Antibody means any Antibody that combines in a single construct two (or more) different antibody variable domain sequences as defined in Section 1.6, each capable of specifically binding a distinct epitope of an antigen, molecule, immunogen, hapten, or target, including any bispecific, multi-specific, or multivalent antibody, and any analogs, constructs, conjugates, fusions or chemical or other modifications or attachments thereof or thereto. For clarity, “Multispecific Antibody” includes any bispecific Antibody.
