Parent Governing Documents definition

Parent Governing Documents means (a) the Articles of Association of Parent, as amended prior to the date of this Agreement and (b) the Memorandum of Association of Parent, as amended prior to the date of this Agreement.
Parent Governing Documents means the Parent Charter and the Parent Bylaws.
Parent Governing Documents means (i) the charter of Parent as amended and in effect on the date hereof and (ii) the bylaws of Parent, as amended and restated as of the date of this Agreement.
