Parent Group Contracts definition

Parent Group Contracts means (a) the Consortium Agreement; (b) the Support Agreement; (c) the Interim Investors Agreement; (d) the Equity Commitment Letters; and (e) the Guaranties, including all amendments thereto or modifications thereof.

Examples of Parent Group Contracts in a sentence

  • Parent has delivered or otherwise made available to the Company and the Special Committee a true and complete copy of each of the Parent Group Contracts, including all amendments thereto or modifications thereof.

  • We compete in various markets, including telecommunications and data communications; video/audio, graphics and imaging; instrumentation and test; high-performance computing; and military systems.

  • Other than the Parent Group Contracts and the Support Agreement to be entered into between Parent, Merger Sub and the other Rollover Shareholders except for Parent, there are no Contracts, arrangements or understandings, directly or indirectly through their respective Affiliates, with respect to any security of the Company among the Rollover Shareholders.

  • Parent has delivered to the Company a true, correct and complete copy of each of the Parent Group Contracts.
