Parent Meeting definition

Parent Meeting has the meaning ascribed thereto in section 4.2.
Parent Meeting means the meeting of Parent’s stockholders for the purpose of voting upon the approval of the Stock Issuance by holders of shares of Parent Common Stock, and includes any adjournment or postponement thereof in accordance with this Agreement.
