Parent Private Warrants definition

Parent Private Warrants means each warrant issued to the Sponsor in a private placement at the time of the consummation of the IPO, entitling the holder thereof to purchase one share of Parent Common Stock at an exercise price of $11.50 per whole share.
Parent Private Warrants means each warrant issued in private placements at the time of the consummation of the IPO, entitling the holder thereof to purchase one half of one share of Parent Common Stock at an exercise price of $11.50 per share.

Parent Private Warrants means the 12,000,0000 warrants sold by Parent to the Sponsor and X. Xxxxx at the time of Parent’s initial public offering, with each such warrant entitling the holder thereof to purchase one (1) share of Parent Class A Common Stock at a purchase price of $11.50 per share.
