Parent Ratio definition

Parent Ratio means the quotient obtained by dividing (a) the Pre-Separation Parent Stock Value by (b) the Post-Separation Parent Stock Value.
Parent Ratio means the quotient obtained by dividing the Parent Stock Value by the Post-Separation Parent Stock Value.
Parent Ratio has the meaning set forth in Section 9.01(h).
