Parent Restricted Shares definition

Parent Restricted Shares means any Parent Ordinary Shares subject to vesting, repurchase, or other lapse of restrictions granted under any Parent Share Plan.
Parent Restricted Shares means any share of Parent Common Stock subject to vesting or forfeiture granted under the Parent Stock Plan.
Parent Restricted Shares has the meaning set forth in Section 4.03(b).

  • The Executive acknowledges that the New Parent Restricted Shares will be subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement and shall be subject to a substantial risk of forfeiture and restrictions on transferability.

  • All New Parent Restricted Shares (and the related escrow account) that have not yet been vested (or paid, as applicable) as of the date of termination, shall be forfeited as of the date of termination.

  • Section 4.4(d) shall apply to the Company repurchases of Common Parent Shares held by the Executive as a result of the vesting of New Parent Restricted Shares and to Company repurchases of Purchased Parent Shares.

Parent Restricted Shares means any restricted share awards granted pursuant to the Parent Equity Plan.
