Parent Stock Rights definition

Parent Stock Rights means all stock options, restricted stock awards, performance awards, dividend equivalents, deferred stock, stock payments, stock appreciation rights and shares of stock granted, awarded, earned or purchased pursuant to any Parent Stock Plan.
