ParentCo Meeting definition

ParentCo Meeting means any meeting of shareholders of AdValiant USA at which the holders of AdValiant Common Shares or AdValiant USA Preferred Voting Shares is entitled to vote and any meeting of shareholders of DGI at which holders of DGI Common Shares or DGI Preferred Voting Stock is entitled to vote;
ParentCo Meeting means the meeting of the Initial ParentCo Shareholder and the Prospective Shareholders, including any adjournment or postponement thereof in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, that is to be convened as provided by the Interim Order to consider, and if deemed advisable approve, the ParentCo Arrangement Resolution and the ParentCo Equity Incentive Plan Resolution.
ParentCo Meeting means any meeting of Shareholders of ParentCo at which the holders of ParentCo Common Shares or the ParentCo Preferred Shares are entitled to vote;

Related to ParentCo Meeting

  • Open meeting or "public meeting" means a meeting at which the public may be present.

  • Company Meeting means the special meeting of Company Shareholders, including any adjournment or postponement of such special meeting in accordance with the terms of the Arrangement Agreement, to be called and held in accordance with the Interim Order to consider the Arrangement Resolution.
