Parity Lien Bonds definition

Parity Lien Bonds means the Outstanding 2013 Bonds and the2015 Bonds.
Parity Lien Bonds means one or more additional series of bonds, notes or obligations having a lien on the Net Pledged Revenue which is on a parity with the lien of the 2011 CWRPDA Financing, the Series 2016 Bonds and the Bond.
Parity Lien Bonds means any bonds or other obligations (which may or may not be multiple fiscal year financial obligations) permitted to be issued pursuant to the section hereof titled “Conditions to Issuance of Parity Lien Bonds,” with a lien on the Sales Tax that is equal and on a parity with the lien of the Bonds on the Sales Tax.
