Parity Lien Bonds definition

Parity Lien Bonds means one or more additional series of bonds, notes or obligations having a lien on the Net Pledged Revenue which is on a parity with the lien of the 2011 CWRPDA Financing, the Series 2016 Bonds and the Bond.
Parity Lien Bonds means the Outstanding 2013 Bonds and the2015 Bonds.
