Parking Costs definition

Parking Costs means all fees, costs, expenses or other monetary amounts incurred by the Board in connection with the construction of the parking areas forming part of the Project, as shown on Schedule 3 hereto;
Parking Costs means any cost or expense we incur issuing a parking notice or moving or removing including by towing a vehicle that is parked in breach of this or any other by-law;
Parking Costs has the meaning given in Section 1.1 of the Master Development Agreement.

Examples of Parking Costs in a sentence

  • The following amounts shall be included for purposes of making the calculations regarding the Transitional Parking Allowance and Excess Transitional Parking Costs under Section 6.6 of the Comprehensive Agreement: • Costs to design and construct (or upgrade) and permit any surface parking spaces, travelways, sidewalks, etc., whether onsite or offsite.

  • The Fixed Payment does not include other amounts payable by Herndon hereunder, including (without limitation) for Offsite Easements, Excess Culvert Costs, Excess Environmental Costs, Excess Relocation Costs, Excess Transitional Parking Costs, Herndon Changes, costs under any Arts Center Design Amendment and Arts Center Buildout Amendment or otherwise due under this Agreement.

  • Landlord may require payment of Parking Costs reasonably allocable to the Parking Spaces to be made in advance and from time to time as required by Landlord (except that they shall be paid monthly with Base Rent payments if permitted by Law) or as part of the Operating Expenses charged to Tenant under the Lease.

  • In the event that circumstances are encountered by BLaST in providing services called for in this Agreement at an estimated maximum cost and it becomes apparent that the estimate will be exceeded, BLaST shall immediately suspend its services and notify Purchaser of the anticipated overrun.

  • The proceeds from the Urban Redevelopment Loan shall be a source of financing to be shared equally by the Public Parties for the payment of Phase 1 Public Parking Costs.

  • Except for the Landlord Parking Costs, as defined in Section 7.01, Tenant shall pay when due all Construction Costs associated with the Project.

  • If the Parking Costs exceed an amount equal to the sum of (x) Tenant’s Initial Parking Contribution, plus (y) Landlord’s Parking Contribution (if any), plus (z) the Parking Allowance (if any), then any such excess costs shall hereinafter be defined as the “Parking Excess Costs” and shall be payable by Tenant to Landlord, as hereinafter set forth.

  • Additional Parking Costs shall constitute BBW Tenant Costs that are paid by Tenant under Paragraph 11.1 of Exhibit B.

  • A Congestion Mitigation and Air Quality (CMAQ) grant by the Federal Highway Administration in the anticipated amount of $11,000,000 shall be a source of funds for the payment of Phase 1 Public Parking Costs.
