Partial Royalty Term definition

Partial Royalty Term shall have the meaning assigned to it in Section 7.4
Partial Royalty Term means, with respect to each Licensed Product in each country in the Territory, the period commencing on the day after the last day of the Full Royalty Term for such Licensed Product in such country and expiring ten (10) years from the date of the First Commercial Sale of such Licensed Product in such country.

  • Sublicense Fees shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.3 below.
