Participating Counties definition

Participating Counties means those of the counties of Chautauqua, Cattaraugus, Allegany and Steuben that shall have appointed members of the authority.
Participating Counties means the counties selected to participate in one or more Parts of the Project pursuant to the relevant provisions of the Operations Manual.

Participating Counties means the counties selected to participate in one or more Parts of the Project and set forth in Annex 3 to Schedule 2 to the Loan Agreement, as such list may be amended from time to time with the prior agreement by the Bank.

For purposes of this Agreement, County shall be deemed a "Participating County," although the terms of County's participation in the Program vary from other Participating Counties as generally provided in this Contract. 2
