Participating Plans definition

Participating Plans means the group health, dental, vision, group-term life insurance, accidental death and dismemberment, short-term disability and/or long-term disability plans which shall be maintained by a Plan Sponsor from time to time.
Participating Plans are set forth on Exhibit E attached hereto.
Participating Plans means the plans participating in the Trust, a list of which, as of the Initial Funding Date, is attached hereto as SCHEDULE 3.

  • All reports received by the Board of Directors of potential or existing conflicts, and all Board of Directors actions with regard to determining the existence of a conflict, notifying Participating Insurance Companies and Participating Plans of a conflict, and determining whether any proposed action adequately remedies a conflict, will be properly recorded in the minutes of the Board of Directors or other appropriate records, and such minutes or other records will be made available to the SEC upon request.

  • Non-Participating Retail Health Clinic means a Retail Health Clinic which does not have a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.

  • Participating Retail Store means any one of the Australian retail stores trading under the following trading names that is authorised by Breville to sell Participating Products and has been invited by the Promoter to participate in the Promotion:

  • Participating Prescription Drug Provider means an independent retail Pharmacy, chain of retail Pharmacies, mail-order Pharmacy or specialty drug Pharmacy which has entered into an agreement to provide pharmaceutical services to participants in the benefit program. A retail Participating Pharmacy may or may not be a select Participating Pharmacy as that term is used in the Vaccinations Obtained Through Participating Pharmacies section.

  • Final Plans with respect to any particular work or improvement means Plans which (i) have received final approval from all governmental authorities required to approve such Plans prior to completion of the work or improvements and (ii) contain sufficient specificity to permit the completion of the work or improvement.

  • Approved Plans means a stock option or similar plan for the benefit of employees or others which has been approved by the stockholders of the Acquiror.

  • Participating Product means any of the Breville products listed in the table below by model name and number that are supplied by Breville in Australia and sold directly by Breville or by a Participating Retail Store:

  • Participating Party means an enterprise or public body that has committed itself to reaching certain objectives under a voluntary agreement, or is covered by a national regulatory policy instrument;

  • Non-Participating Prosthetic Provider means a Prosthetic Provider who does not have a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.

  • Participating Country’ means any country that the Association determines meets the requirements set forth in Section 11 of Resolution No. 194 of the Board of Governors of the Association, adopted on April 8, 1999; and ‘Participating Countries’ means, collectively, all such countries."; and (b) The second sentence of Section 5.01 is modified to read: "Except as the Borrower and the Association shall otherwise agree, no withdrawals shall be made: (a) on account of expenditures in the territories of any country which is not a Participating Country or for goods produced in, or services supplied from, such territories; or (b) for the purpose of any payment to persons or entities, or for any import of goods, if such payment or import, to the knowledge of the Association, is prohibited by a decision of the United Nations Security Council taken under Chapter VII of the Charter of the United Nations." Section 1.02. Unless the context otherwise requires, the several terms defined in the General Conditions and in the Preamble to this Agreement have the respective meanings therein set forth and the following additional terms have the following meanings:

  • Participating Facility means, for purposes of this section only, with respect to covered service, a Hospital, Hospital outpatient department, critical access Hospital, ambulatory surgical center or any other facility as otherwise required by law, that has a direct or indirect contractual relationship with BCBSMT setting a rate (above which the provider cannot bill the Member) for furnishing such item or service under The Plan, regardless of whether the provider is considered a preferred or In-Network provider for purposes of In-Network or Out-of-Network Benefits under The Plan.
