Participating public entity definition
Participating public entity means any member public entity which has entered into a program offered by the Authority pursuant to Article 14 of this Agreement and has not withdrawn or been canceled therefrom pursuant to Articles 20 or 21.

If a public entity is removed from or added to the Agency, notice shall be given to the Escrow Agent and this Agreement shall be amended in accordance with Section 5.1 hereof to reflect such change; provided that no Party shall unreasonably withhold its consent to such amendment. At the time of the execution of this Agreement, the Participating Public Entities are the Cities of Bryan, Denton, Garland and Greenville.
